I carry a policy with email. If I am including attachments, I will put all of the file I would wish to send in a .zip file. If that file exceeds 5MB, I will need to upload the file to the Internet, and provide a download link for that file. This is where Drop Box will come in. I will then keep the file in my Drop Box for 6 months allowing the person that owns the .zip file a sufficient amount of time to download the file. While I will assume that 2GB is sufficient, I would like to be sure of my resources. Also, I will send some files to Drop Box if I would want to access them from outside of my home (using my notebook). Drop Box is $120/year or $12/month.
